First Day of Fall
I can’t believe I’m saying this, but today is the first official day of fall! In honor of the arrival of what seems to be everyone’s favorite season, here a few things I’m looking forward to- in picture form. What are some things you’re looking forward to about fall?
Getting to see the beautiful fall foliage in upstate NY and Vermont
Delicious (but so unhealthy!) apple cider donuts from The Apple Barn
Getting to wear tall riding boots over skinny jeans
Wearing neutral shades of makeup opposed to summer’s brights
Candy corn- the ones with the shapes are the best
Getting to wear my favorite cardigans and sweaters
Eating apple pie
Wearing- and enjoying others wearing- flannel
Going pumpkin picking (and seeing if any in the patch in my yard actually grew)
Wearing cute fall outfits like this
Devouring an entire bag of pumpkin spice Hershey kisses with my boyfriend
And for some laughs, I got a kick out of this meme that someone made for my college’s Facebook page.
Happy first day of fall to you! This also means spring has finally sprung here in Australia. Glad I’m not the only who loves flannel.
That’s so interesting- happy spring to you Jenee!
Apple cider donuts?!?! OMMMMGGG! I need those now LOL! And the last pic–SO true!! HAHA I hope you are having a FABULOUS weekend doll!
Thanks Darby, you too!
I had NO idea that Hershey’s had pumpkin kisses! OMG!!! I NEED THOSE! I am looking forward to all of these things, I heart fall 🙂
They are so yummy! I only discovered them last fall
Those little pumpkin candy corns are my absolute favorite holiday candy! Love fall 🙂
I love them too- almost too cute to eat!
love fall! can’t wait to start dressing in beautiful fall clothes!
Apple cider donuts! YUM
Cute photos! I love fall too 🙂
Oh man! I am loving this fall inspiration! And I’m anxiously awaiting the weather here to drop below 90! Haha.
The 90s!? ahh it was in the 70s here and I thought that was too warm
I absolutely love this post! I am so excited to wear all my fall clothes too but Florida doesn’t want fall because it is still an oven here.
Oh wow I thought NY was bad, but Florida must be so hot still!
