It’s Not Easy Being Green

If there’s one color in my wardrobe that seems to be lacking, it’s green. I love the color itself, but for some reason, I don’t have all that much in the shade. This all changed when I received this gorgeous maxi skirt from Oasap. I loved the flowy and thin fabric, which is perfect for hot summer days (like the 85-degree day that these photos were taken. Thank God for makeup setting spray). I was surprised at how well the skirt fit, too, since maxis usually are way too long for my short frame and too big around the waist. Thankfully, this one had an elastic waistband, which allows me to wear the skirt on my hips or belly button for a high-waisted look

Since the skirt is the main attraction here, I kept the rest simple. A white tee, some white summer wedges and tons of fun bracelets. I plan on wearing this skirt year-round (I’m thinking a black turtleneck or long-sleeve shirt for winter) to make the most of it.

What other ways would you style a boldy-colored maxi skirt like this one?

    1. I use Urban Decay setting spray (I’m right down to the bottom of the bottle, so I’m using the cheaper e.l.f. version until I find time to go to a Sephora!) Thanks Jill!
