how to wear a white dress

You know the saying, “wear my heart on my sleeve”? Well, today I’m wearing my heart on my back. Sort of. When I saw this Chicwish dress, I knew it had to be mine. I have a weird obsession with things with hearts on them. Which is odd because I’m not a super girly-girl. Or a 13-year-old. But we all have our quirks, right?

Although I try to stay away from little white dresses unless I’m tan, I figured this one was too pretty to pass up. I love the structured top matched with the flared-out bottom. It’s not too tight or revealing and is classy enough to wear to any summer event (unless it’s a wedding- you don’t ever wear white to a wedding, people!)

And although I dislike wearing my hair up a lot, sometimes it’s necessary. Like when it’s 90 degrees outside. Or when you have a cute heart cut-out on the back of your dress that you want to show off. Or a combination of both.
