Do You Have Seasonal Allergies?
This post is part of a social shopper marketing insight campaign with Pollinate Media Group® and Kleenex but all my opinions are my own. #KleenexAllergy #pmedia
Allergies are something that affects most of us throughout the year. I have the unfortunate experience of being allergic to peanuts. You read that right- no Reese’s Cups for this girl! Other than that, I notice my allergies acting up during the changes in seasons. I’m lucky that I don’t have any terrible reactions, but I do get the annoying watery eyes and runny nose throughout the year.
Since we’re transitioning into fall (and winter soon enough!), I’ve started to see my allergies acting up a bit more. During my walks to the train each morning, I end up reaching for a Kleenex to stop my sniffles. Seriously- there’s nothing worse than sitting next to someone on a train or in the office when they are constantly sniffling and refusing to blow their nose or use a tissue to wipe it.
When it comes to tissues, the brand I stick to is Kleenex. They don’t irritate my nose, which is super important to a female who is already conscious of her nose. I particularly like the wallet packs since they fit easily in my purse, work bag and even in the tiny drawers of my work desk. Everywhere I go it seems like someone needs a tissue, and I like being that girl who has one handy. Judge me. So if you’re anything like me, it’s time to stock up.
Target is having a great deal right now. If you buy a Kleenex 4pack, you’ll get a free wallet pack (2-pk) or pocket pack (3-pk). Just use this coupon: http://goo.gl/186og3 (while supplies last). Plus, this is a great excuse to make a trip to Target to pick up that new jacket you’ve had your eye on, right?
I really only get allergies in the spring and it’s mostly my eyes that are just super itchy.
Yes to allergies, and Yes to Target 🙂
my eyes and nose get so itchy and running through spring/early summer time because of the polls, but I also have a dust allergy :-(, so I need kleenex most of the time around me 🙁
Hope you have a great start in the week Rachel? 🙂
I know this is a duh moment, but I never even thought about the fact that there are people who will never be able to taste a reeses! That’s horrible. Then again, my seasonal allergies are horrible (especially in June). I just feel sick for a month straight. I guess we win some and lose some!
For sure! Usually in the springtime mine start acting up. At the moment I have a horrible head cold with an annoying cough. Tissues are a must right now!
So true when commuters refuse to clean their nose. Eww.
