Spring Decor

It sure doesn’t feel like spring outside yet, but that doesn’t mean you can’t decorate your home to reflect the change in seasons. Since I live with a boy, I can’t necessarily paint every room mint and hang up photos of flowers, but you get my drift. Swapping out a dark winter throw for a lighter fabric and color is one example of an easy way to transition your home decor for spring. Or pick up some fresh flowers on the way home from work and place them in a clear vase for an instant pick-me-up. I’m thinking of swapping out my faux flowers for some real ones once the weather gets a bit nicer. Here are a few more ideas & items to springify your space.

  1. I bought a few new pillow cases for the throws on my couch, and it made a bigger difference than I thought! I think a few lighter-colored throw blankets + some spring-y coffee table trinkets will do the trick, also. 🙂

  2. I love all your picks Rachel! I couldn’t agree more about adding a few new accessories around the house to brighten it up for spring! I’m totally in love with that tiered stand…it might just need to find a place in my kitchen!
