Best Beauty Products for a Sunburn
Although we can try our best to remember to bring sunscreen, or reapply it every few hours, sometimes we mess up and end up with a sunburn. Two weekends ago that was me. Luckily it wasn’t too bad and it was mostly just on my chest and stomach, but the pain and peeling certainly was a reminder that summer is in full force. So if you find yourself with a splotchy red sunburn, here are a few beauty and skincare products to help tame the redness, pain and peeling.
Mario Badescu Aloe Moisturizer
This aloe-based moisturizer not only helps with your sunburn, but also has SPF 15 to help prevent future sun exposure, too. The lightweight formula is oil-free, so it shouldn’t clog pores or cause breakouts. This is the next-best alternative to putting fresh aloe straight from the plant onto your skin.
