The Perfect Bridal Shower Guest Dress
Erin Fetherson Floral Devon Dress | BP ‘Luminate’ Open Toe Dress Sandal | Matt & Nat ‘Parabole’ Vegan Leather Crossbody Bag | Similar Earrings
This summer I’ve been invited to five bridal showers (including my own), so things are pretty busy around here. Since I enjoy getting dressed up (as well a having an excuse to buy a new dress), these showers are a fun opportunity to do a little shopping. For the shower I had this past weekend, I decided to try Rent the Runway for the first time to see how I liked it. I’ve had a few friends and coworkers rave about it, so I final caved in and joined the crowd. They ended up running out of a dress I ordered (I got the smaller size, but the larger size was returned late by the previous renter) but sent a replacement right away so I had two dresses to pick from. Luckily they both fit (whew), and I picked my original choice to wear.
I loved wearing this Erin Fetherson Floral Devon Dress. The flower pattern was perfect for spring (although the weather here in NY/NJ doesn’t feel much like spring). I loved the loose skirt that flared out — I can’t really get away with wearing anything too tight anymore. The back had cute detailing as well, but required me to bust these bad boys out- nipple covers. To finish the look off, I added some nude sandals, a nude crossbody bag, and some floral stud earrings.
If you haven’t tried Rent the Runway yet, you can get $20 off your first order by ordering through this link.
you look gorgeous, I have a wedding soon and I totally plan on using Rent the runway.
Thanks!
That dress is so pretty, I love the pattern!

I love the back of this! You look great. 🙂
Thank you!
Very nice dress ;
How gorgeous do you look? I love this flirty number, lady!
Aw thank you!
This really is such a gorgeous bridal shower dress! And your hair is STUNNING!
Thank you so much!
I am completely in love with your floral dress.
thanks!
You look super cute! I’ve been thinking about trying rent the runway but I feel like I would rather own a more affordable dress then rent an expensive one I can’t keep. Although… I do think I’d like to rent something really fancy for my 1 year wedding anniversary this year 🙂
Thanks!
