A Tea Girl in a Coffee Lover’s World
If you’re asking where I lie on the great coffee vs. tea debate, I choose tea. I drink coffee from time to time (especially if it’s iced coffee and basically tastes like a coffee milkshake), but I’ve never been dependent on it or needed it to get through the day. I do, however, drink tea on a daily basis. I’ll have a cup of caffeinated tea in the morning and then usually another cup after lunch to help aid digestion (ginger tea and peppermint tea are my go-tos for this). Needless to say, when I was sent some samples of Pique Tea, I was excited to try it out.
Pique Tea is made from 100% natural and organic tea crystals that dissolve instantly in both cold and hot water – making it easy for tea lovers to enjoy exceptional loose-leaf grade tea in an instant. I love this because in the summer I still want my tea fix but hate having to brew it hot and then add in ice to make iced tea. This is especially annoying at work, since I have to use multiple cups to get the job done (not to mention it takes more than 2 minutes. And I don’t have that much time to spare). I took a quick video of the tea crystals dissolving in water to show you just how the product works. (Ignore the minor spillage. I went too fast!)
Their leaf-to-crystal process extracts all the flavors and nutrients (Pique tea crystals have 2x the amount of antioxidants vs. other leading tea brands). Their tea collection is pretty impressive, too. While I love good ol’ black tea and earl grey tea, I also enjoy trying unique flavors. I personally tried the jasmine green tea and loved how relaxing it tasted and felt (yes, I know it’s weird to say that, but tea really makes me feel “relaxed”). Next on my list to try? Their mint sencha green tea.
I love the small one-serving size packets since I can easily bring them with me on the go. I kept a handful in my desk drawer at work and stashed the rest in my cabinets at home.

This tea sounds delicious! And I’d say I’m more of a tea girl than coffee girl, but coffee is more easily accessible at work haha!
This is true! They only ever have 1 or 2 boring tea flavors
Adding that cool factor in a tea is a great idea!
Oh my goodness, I need all the coffee though this sounds great!
