Holiday Looks from J Crew Factory
Every year, J Crew Factory puts out the best holiday clothing collection. Looking back at my outfits from the past few holidays, over half of them had something from J Crew Factory. My go-to is usually a blouse, pants, and some fun jewelry — all of which they excel at (and this year’s collection is no exception).
Here are a few holiday looks from J Crew Factory to use as inspiration for your holiday gatherings and parties, whether it’s a casual outing with your work friends or a formal family affair.
Plaid & Leather Holiday Outfit
This top is everything — Christmas colors, a gorgeous plaid, and feminine velvet bow details. Make it more modern by pairing it with a leather mini skirt and then accessorize with matching earrings and flats. You’ll get a ton of use out of the leather skirt beyond the holidays, too!

Poplin & Velvet Holiday Outfit
This smocked poplin plaid dress is giving Nap Dress vibes — but with a better price tag and nicer material and construction. Pair it with some classic drop earrings and these fun velvet Mary Jane flats (which are back in style and making me happy) to complete this comfy-but-dressy holiday outfit.

Forest Green Holiday Outfit
Forest green is one of my favorite colors, and I find it much more wearable than straight-up regular green. It pairs so nicely with a darker red (like burgundy), too. This outfit is super simple to recreate — a nice forest green turtleneck sweater dress, some plaid socks, and your favorite leather (or pleather) booties. It’s dressy enough for a party or dinner, but still comfortable enough to wear while eating multiple rounds of food.

Casual Holiday Outfit
For a more casual holiday party, you can’t go wrong with a pretty white blouse, comfy leggings, and a good bootie, right? Add fun accessories like these beaded Christmas tree earrings and you’re ready to go.

Houndstooth & Burgundy Holiday Outfit
I’ve touched on how to wear houndstooth earlier this year, and this outfit follows one of those tips — pairing it with some color. The color in this case isn’t bright and bold, but instead a holiday favorite of mine — burgundy. I love the sweet crystal details on the shoulder of this sweater and the classic tall black boots.

Bows Holiday Outfit
I may be in my 30’s, but that doesn’t mean I’ll stop wearing bow details anytime soon. This cute sequined-bow sweater is made a little less girly with the structured velvet blazer and comfy light washed denim. Throw on some cute heels and secure your hair with a cute bow hair accessory and you’re done!
